Wade joined the BNFSC to support schools with Advance, the system of teacher development and evaluation. Before coming to Brooklyn, Wade was a Principal Intern at MS 322M as part of his training through the NYC Leadership Academy. Here he supported teacher practice and facilitated professional learning focused on student-teacher relationships and classroom management. Prior to that, he taught Social Studies at MS 167M, PS 33M, and JHS 172Q.  During his 10 years at MS 167 he supported his peers by facilitating professional learning on increasing student independence in the classroom.  A product of public education from the earliest grades, Wade holds a BA in Political Science from SUNY Binghamton, an MS Ed in Secondary Education from CUNY, and an Advanced Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from the College of Saint Rose.
